This next chapter needs a lot of work. It was the shortest and accomplished the least as far as actually progressing the story, but there is a scene that is vital in it and I’m not willing to axe it altogether, so I’ve been working on developing more content.
I managed to approach the issue of bringing the through line of plot into this chapter as well as fleshing out June Herald in one scene. Sometimes procrastinating does help.
Tonight he’s promised to get to going over my edits to see what I’ve done.
So here it is, the third wallpaper and final of the series. It features Teddy, Astin, Minni, Diana, and Valerie.
I thought that maybe I’d glance at Chapter 4 and get some ideas before bed and then I ended up writing the whole thing.

I also finished my concept art and was able to sort the 16 depicted characters into three 1280×800 wallpapers. The first one is really who I’d say are the main protagonists of the first book.
This drawing is one I did of Peter one day at work. I like it a lot, and it’s probably a more accurate facial representation than the full body concept. I hope you like it.
After a lot of thinking and tossing out more of them problem without a solution, it struck me while watching trailers before Brothers this December (really great, tense movie, btw).
